REMEMBER ALLAH & TURN TO ALLAH :)
“ So remember me (Allah S.W.T.) and I
will remember you. And be grateful to me (Allah S.W.T) and do not deny me (Allah S.W.T.) “
(Al – Baqarah : 152)
My beloved
sisters and brothers in Islam, is it important that we are conscious of Allah
S.W.T. Every khutbah or sermon that we hear, usually we will find the imam
commencing with the warning or the encouragement, (اتقوا الله) be conscious of
Allah S.W.T.
We normally take this for granted and sometimes we just hear it and we have the idea of what it means, but we sometimes forget to put it into our own lives. And this is why it is important for us to think for a moment and to pause. Every single time we hear that reminder. What does it mean? Am I planning to engage in that which will displease Allah S.W.T. ?

And this is why it is important for us to think for a moment and to pause. Every single time we hear that reminder. What does it mean? Am I planning to engage in that which will displease Allah S.W.T. ?
Do I use my
phone in a way that will displease my Maker? Am I in touch with those whom I am
not supposed to be in touch with? Am I engaged in a relationship with the
opposite sex in a way that I am not supposed to be? If that’s the case, the
only way to achieve the pleasure of Allah S.W.T. is by becoming conscious of
Him and putting an end to everything of that nature that will displease Allah
S.W.T.
Remember the warnings and the reminders that have got to our ears, were never meant to miss
our ears. So I will be asked and so will you. I will be asked of the reminder
and wether I put it into practice or not and wether it was delivered or not.
And yourselves, you will also be asked about the reminder. Did you hear it or
not? And what did you do about it. *Crying*
“ And leave
alone those who take their religion as play and amusement, and are deceived by
the life of this world. But remind (them) with it (the Qur'an) let a person be
given up to destruction for that which he has earned, when he will find for
himself no protector or intercessor besides Allah, and even if he offers every
ransom, it will not be accepted from him. Such are they who are given up to
destruction because of that which they have earned. For them will be a drink of
boiling water and a painful torment because they used to disbelieve. “
(Al-An’am :
70)
Wallahualam.
May Allah bless us and guide us to the highest Jannah, inshaa Allah, aamiin <3
Barakallahufikum :)
